Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Carriage House Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or higher in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligible
• Current or eligible Texas SLP license
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, geriatrics, dysphagia, and cognitive therapy preferred
