Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Synergy Care is seeking a licensed COTA to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. 

What You'll Do

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

✔ Implement individualized treatment plans
✔ Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
✔ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
✔ Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents

Qualifications

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
 Current Texas COTA license
NBCOT Certification
 CPR Certification (preferred)
