Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Synergy Care is seeking a licensed COTA to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Lover's Lane in Dallas, Texas. If you are passionate about helping others improve their independence and quality of life, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

✔ Implement individualized treatment plans
✔ Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
✔ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
✔ Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents

Qualifications

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
 Current Texas COTA license
NBCOT Certification
 CPR Certification (preferred)
