Full-Time Rehab Director (Any Therapy Discipline)

Diamond Rehab is seeking a dynamic and motivated Rehab Director to lead our therapy department at Kinder Nursing Home, a skilled nursing facility located in Kinder, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist looking to advance into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

As the Rehab Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, support an interdisciplinary therapy team, ensure clinical excellence, and help drive positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

 

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current Louisiana license (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care

Responsibilities

 

• Manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Monitor productivity, scheduling, and documentation compliance
• Collaborate with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
