Synergy Care, Inc. is looking for a PRN or Part Time Physical Therapist for Assisted Living Facility in Fort Worth, TX for Monday-Thursday 9-1.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
